The construction of the Bonifacio Global City-Ortigas Center Road Link, tagged as “traffic game-changer,” is now 45 percent completed, Villar said during an inspection on Friday.
The P1.6-billion road project also aims to decongest traffic in two overly-congested roads in the Metro Manila – EDSA and C-5 – and improve accessibility within the central business districts of the metropolis.
